REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Payment Options:

1. Pay In Full - Use code AZ500OFF for $500 off any package through 10/30.

2. Affirm/Shop Pay - Subject to credit approval. You'll want to go through the entire approval process. Pre-approval is not always accurate. Affirm/Shop Pay is also considered a Pay In Full registration.

3. Payment Plan – If you choose this option, you’ll receive a separate email to make your first payment and activate your plan. Registration isn’t confirmed until payment is made. Afterward, the card on file will be automatically charged every 30 days in 6 equal amounts until your balance is paid in full.
