Each independent retreat leader included in the directory is formally reviewed and vetted by our founder and team to ensure alignment with our values, quality expectations, and experience standards.
OMNoire Retreat Leaders are experienced facilitators and hosts who lead signature wellness experiences under the OMNoire umbrella.
Each leader has been personally coached by our founder, with many hosting retreats with OMNoire since 2022.
From the moment a retreat concept is developed to the final day of the experience, our founder provides guidance and support to ensure each retreat reflects our standards for intention, care, and excellence.
Within the directory, retreats led by OMNoire Retreat Leaders are clearly identified on each listing.
When you select “Learn More,” you will either be directed to an OMNoire retreat hosted on our website or to the external website of a vetted retreat leader. Independent hosts included in the directory have been formally reviewed and approved by our founder and team.

With the evolution of our brand, we are now clearly distinguishing between retreats and curated escapes.
A retreat centers on deeper spiritual healing, guided personal growth, emotional processing, and intentional inner work within a structured container.
A curated escape is an elevated travel experience that incorporates elements of wellness, such as mindfulness, movement, restoration, and cultural immersion, but is not solely focused on deep spiritual or trauma-centered healing.
Think of it as the difference between entering a sacred space for focused inner transformation vs. traveling with intention, where wellness supports the journey but does not define it.
Once you leave the OMNoire website to book with an independent retreat leader, all transactions and policies are governed by that host. OMNoire is not responsible for the management, payments, or policies of independent retreats.
Policies for Retreats by OMNoire are outlined in the section below and apply exclusively to brand-led experiences.
Your retreat registration is considered confirmed on the date of your registration. Your deposit of $350 is non-refundable under any circumstances due to upfront costs we must incur.
RETREAT ATTENDEE CANCELLATION:
If paying in full, you are eligible for a refund (minus your deposit) within 30 days from the date of your registration.
In lieu of forfeiting your deposit, it can be applied as a credit toward a future OMNoire retreat within one year.
If you cancel more than 90 days before the retreat start date, a 100% credit (minus your deposit) will be applied to a future retreat.
If you cancel within 90 days of the retreat, no credit can be applied.
Exceptions may be considered on an individual basis and must be submitted in writing to retreats@omnoire.com.
We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance to protect your investment.

RETREAT HOST CANCELLATION:
Retreat Hosts in their sole discretion reserves the right to cancel a retreat for attendees’ safety, act of God, government policies or any unforeseeable reason.
Due to the current climate, we strongly encourage attendees to purchase “Cancel For Any Reason” or “Cancel for Work” insurance.
Upon the occurrence of such cancellation, the Retreat Host will provide a credit for a future retreat, valid for up to one year.
PAYMENT PLANS:
Should you choose a payment plan, by accepting the terms and conditions and authorizing the charges on your card, you understand you are entering into a legal and binding contract with OMNoire Group, LLC to pay the total amount shown on the payment page, to be paid on each date as shown in the payment schedule accessible via the payment page, a copy of which will also be emailed to you for reference.
You acknowledge that the credit card(s), debit card(s) or other payment method(s) you are using to make this purchase will be active, valid and have sufficient funds available during the entire term of the payment schedule.
If for any reason, any of your payments are declined, you agree to provide an alternative, valid payment method.
You understand that you may be charged a late fee(s) if a payment is missed on any of the agreed-upon payment dates for any reason whatsoever.
OMNoire Group, LLC may decide to withhold or terminate the registration of a retreat if you fail to make the agreed upon payments as shown in the payment schedule.You understand that you are legally bound to these terms and required by law to make all payments on the agreed-upon payment dates, or via an early payment.
LIMITED OF LIABILITY FOR UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES:
You agree that neither OMNoire Group LLC, its retreat hosts, nor its hotel partners or vendors will be liable or responsible for a cancelled retreat for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including acts of civil or military authority, national emergencies, fire, mechanical breakdown, flood or catastrophe, acts of God, epidemic, pandemic, insurrection, war, riots, or failure of transportation, communication, or power supply.
Yes, travel insurance is mandatory for all OMNoire retreat attendees. This is to protect your investment and ensure you're covered in the event of unforeseen circumstances—including illness, injury, family emergencies, or global events that may impact travel.

International flights are not included. This allows you the flexibility to choose the airline, route, and fare that best suit your schedule and budget.
If a retreat includes an intra-country flight to a secondary destination, that detail will be clearly outlined on the individual retreat page.
Because each retreat has unique inclusions, we recommend reviewing the specific retreat page for a full breakdown of what is covered in your package.
Each OMNoire Retreat includes a curated set of accommodations, programming, and experiences specific to that destination.

Additional excursions or activities outside of the scheduled retreat itinerary are optional and not included in your package price.
To be considered for inclusion, complete the application form on the website and schedule a 30-minute introductory call with a member of our team.
We review each applicant to ensure alignment with our mission, vision, and values. Retreat leaders must have prior experience hosting at least 1–2 retreats and be prepared to provide testimonials and honest attendee feedback.
If approved and aligned, you will receive a follow-up form to sign an agreement, submit your retreat details and complete your payment. Listings are published within seven business days of onboarding completion.

While our community primarily reflects that focus, we welcome guests who respect and align with the intention and energy of our spaces.
Yes. While many of our OMNoire experiences are designed to center Black women, we also host select co-ed retreats throughout the year.
In addition, the Global Retreat Directory includes a range of experiences led by independent hosts, some of which may be co-ed.
Each retreat listing clearly identifies the intended audience.
If you would like to share a room or suite, but need to be matched with another guest, (if the option is available) you can put your deposit in for the room of your choice, and at check out select “YES to being matched with another solo traveler."
Once the retreat host matches you, then they will connect you to your suite mate prior to the retreat so you can get to know each other.
At checkout, select the OMNoire Payment Plan option. No credit card is required during the initial checkout process.
You will receive a follow-up email within 1–2 minutes with instructions to submit your deposit and initiate your payment plan.

Registration is not considered complete until your deposit has been successfully paid.
Affirm financing is subject to credit approval and is determined solely by Affirm. OMNoire does not influence or control approval decisions.
Checking eligibility will not affect your credit score. If you proceed with an installment plan, your payment terms and repayment history may be reported to credit bureaus.
