This retreat was born from my own journey of reinvention. I’m 58 now, but in my early 40s, after leaving the entertainment industry, I made the decision to prioritize me—starting with my fitness, and eventually, every other part of my well-being.
It wasn’t always easy, but it was necessary. I know what it feels like to give so much of yourself to everyone else, until you finally realize… it’s time to pour that same love and energy back into you.
I chose Thailand as the setting for this retreat because it offers the best of both worlds—deeply rooted holistic wellness practices and cutting-edge biohacking techniques. Here, you’ll experience everything from ancient healing rituals to modern tools that support vitality and longevity.
Because in this season of life, prioritizing your well-being isn’t optional—it’s essential. Feeling good should matter just as much as looking good, and both are possible when you create space to reconnect with yourself.

You will arrive at TBD Airport. We suggest the earliest flight possible. Airport roundtrip transportation is included regardless of what time you arrive and depart within the retreat dates.
Travel Restrictions
We strive to curate the safest experience for our attendees. Should the need arise to reschedule our retreat due to circumstances beyond our control, your payments will be applied to a future retreat. All attendees will be required to show proof of vaccination.
