This website is operated by OMNoire (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our website, services, or experiences—including the OMNoire Retreat Directory, quizzes, and any related offerings—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). 

If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

Scope of Services

OMNoire provides:

• A curated retreat directory featuring OMNoire and third-party experiences
  
• Digital tools, including quizzes and recommendation experiences
  
• Content, resources, and access to wellness and travel offerings
  

We may update or modify our services at any time without notice.

Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this site.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

OMNoire Refund / Cancellation Policy

Your retreat registration is considered confirmed on the date of your registration. Your deposit of $350 is non-refundable under any circumstances due to upfront costs we must incur.

RETREAT ATTENDEE CANCELLATION:

If paying in full, you are eligible for a refund (minus your deposit) within 30 days from the date of your registration.

In lieu of forfeiting your deposit, it can be applied as a credit toward a future OMNoire retreat within one year.

If you cancel more than 90 days before the retreat start date, a 100% credit (minus your deposit) will be applied to a future retreat.

If you cancel within 90 days of the retreat, no credit can be applied.

Exceptions may be considered on an individual basis and must be submitted in writing to retreats@omnoire.com.

We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance to protect your investment.

Travel insurance information is provided in the next question.

*Refunds are processed within 30 days of the cancellation date.

RETREAT HOST CANCELLATION: 

Retreat Hosts in their sole discretion reserves the right to cancel a retreat for attendees’ safety, act of God, government policies or any unforeseeable reason.

Due to the current climate, we strongly encourage attendees to purchase “Cancel For Any Reason” or “Cancel for Work” insurance.

Upon the occurrence of such cancellation, the Retreat Host will provide a credit for a future retreat, valid for up to one year.

PAYMENT PLANS:

Should you choose a payment plan, by accepting the terms and conditions and authorizing the charges on your card, you understand you are entering into a legal and binding contract with OMNoire Group, LLC to pay the total amount shown on the payment page, to be paid on each date as shown in the payment schedule accessible via the payment page, a copy of which will also be emailed to you for reference.

You acknowledge that the credit card(s), debit card(s) or other payment method(s) you are using to make this purchase will be active, valid and have sufficient funds available during the entire term of the payment schedule.

If for any reason, any of your payments are declined, you agree to provide an alternative, valid payment method.

You understand that you may be charged a late fee(s) if a payment is missed on any of the agreed-upon payment dates for any reason whatsoever.

OMNoire Group, LLC may decide to withhold or terminate the registration of a retreat if you fail to make the agreed upon payments as shown in the payment schedule.

You understand that you are legally bound to these terms and required by law to make all payments on the agreed-upon payment dates, or via an early payment.

LIMITED OF LIABILITY FOR UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES:

You agree that neither OMNoire Group LLC, its retreat hosts, nor its hotel partners or vendors will be liable or responsible for a cancelled retreat for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including acts of civil or military authority, national emergencies, fire, mechanical breakdown, flood or catastrophe, acts of God, epidemic, pandemic, insurrection, war, riots, or failure of transportation, communication, or power supply. 

Retreat Directory & Third-Party Experiences

The OMNoire Retreat Directory includes experiences hosted by both OMNoire and independent, vetted retreat leaders.

• For third-party experiences:
  
  OMNoire acts solely as a curated discovery platform
  
  
• We do not own, operate, or control these experiences
  
• We do not process payments or manage bookings for third-party listings
  
• All transactions, agreements, and policies are handled directly with the host 
  

By engaging with a third-party experience, you agree that:

• OMNoire is not responsible for the delivery, safety, quality, or outcomes of that experience
  
• Any claims or disputes must be addressed directly with the host 
  

External Links

Our site may direct you to external websites.

We are not responsible for:

• The content, policies, or practices of third-party sites
• Any transactions or interactions you have outside of OMNoire

Quiz & Recommendations Disclaimer

Our quizzes and recommendation tools are designed to:

• Provide personalized suggestions 
  
• Help guide your decision-making
  

However: 

• Results are informational and not guaranteed
  
• Experiences shown may vary over time

Purchases & Payments

For purchases made directly through OMNoire:

For third-party experiences:

• OMNoire is not responsible for refunds, cancellations, or disputes

User Conduct

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold OMNoire harmless from any claims arising from:

Termination
