Airfare is not included.

PAYMENT PLAN: A $350 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your space. The first payment is due 30 days after registration, with the remaining balance divided into equal monthly payments. Final payment is due on or before May 30, 2026. Payment plans incur a $75 processing fee.

Message from your host

Have you ever experienced an “Awakening” - one of those life seasons that shifts the ground underneath you and forces you to re-examine everything you think you know?

My awakening season came in 2017, when I experienced a traumatic event while working abroad, went through an unexpected and painful divorce, and lost my grandmother (the matriarch of our family) … all in a span of 6 months.

It was a season that forced me to slow down, get still, and to re-imagine the life I want to live.

Travel became an essential vehicle for the internal work that got me through that season. It was in places like Costa Rica, Cuba, Bali, and Ghana that I was able to journey inward, to hear from my inner wisdom, Creator, the ancestors, and to find my way back home (to myself).

In 2023, when I journeyed to the mother continent for the inaugural Queen Come Home & Get Free! Retreat, I could have never imagined what would be set in motion for the 26 women who shared this transformative experience.

Since returning from Ghana, I have been blown away again and again by the boss moves the sisters who were forever changed by this experience have gone on to make.

From first time travelers going on to embrace more international travel, to sisters launching new businesses, to publishing books, starting e-courses, stepping boldly towards previously intimidating goals and numerous other flavors of saying YES to our biggest, boldest, most audacious lives.

The Ghana experience gave us wings, and it's been my sweetest joy watching my sisters take flight.

I'm beyond excited to be a part of co-creating that collective magic again when we return to the sacred space that is Ghana for the newly renamed Queen's Sakofra Retreat: The Ultimate Homecoming.

Zanzibar Accommodations

Our host resort is set along Zanzibar’s stunning Southeast Coast, where turquoise waters meet powder-white sand and swaying palms. With just 22 private villas nestled in lush gardens, each space offers a peaceful sanctuary that blends traditional Zanzibari craftsmanship with modern comfort—private terraces, spacious baths, and ocean views that invite you to slow down and savor each moment.

From sunrise walks on the beach to afternoons by the infinity pool or restorative treatments at the spa, the resort creates the perfect atmosphere of ease and renewal. Located near the village of Paje and just 45 minutes from the airport, it offers both seclusion and accessibility—an idyllic backdrop for our retreat of rest, connection, and rejuvenation

Getting Here

You will arrive/depart Abeid Amani Karume International Airport (ZNZ). We suggest arriving on the earliest flight possible. Roundtrip airport transportation is provided regardless of what time you arrive and depart.

Travel Restrictions

We strive to curate the safest experience for our attendees. Should the need arise to reschedule our retreat due to circumstances beyond our control, your payments will be applied to a future retreat. Travelers are required to purchase travel insurance that includes trip cancellation and medical coverage.
