The Business of Rest is a five-night retreat in Portugal created for ambitious women who are ready to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and embrace the idea that rest is part of the strategy.
Over five intentional days, we’ll step away from packed calendars, constant decision-making, and the pressure to always be productive. Our time together will include restorative wellness practices, thoughtful conversations, beautiful meals, cultural experiences, and plenty of room to simply enjoy Portugal.
This is your opportunity to sleep a little longer, spend time by the water, have conversations that have nothing to do with your title, eat well, laugh loudly, explore somewhere beautiful, and enjoy the life you’ve worked so hard to create.
You don’t have to earn this time away or wait until everything on your list is finished. Rest belongs in the plan, too.

Wake up to beautiful views of the Atlantic from your Seascape Room, where calming blue tones and natural light create a serene backdrop for your stay. Designed to feel peaceful and restorative, this upgraded accommodation gives you a little more of what you came to Portugal for: beautiful views, quiet moments, and space to simply exhale.

Package rates are inclusive of accommodations, meals during retreat programming, scheduled excursions, gift bags, airport and ground transportation.
Airfare is not included.
PAYMENT PLAN: A $350 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your space. The first payment is due 30 days after registration, with the remaining balance divided into equal monthly payments. Final payment is due on or before July 30, 2027. Payment plans incur a $75 processing fee.
PAY IN FULL: Receive a 5% discount when paying in full. Cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers.

Estimated round-trip airfare to Portugal is approximately $800–$1,200. There may be multiple airport options based on your departure city. We’ll provide the recommended airport, arrival window, and group transportation details to registered attendees. Airport roundtrip transportation is provided regardless of what time you arrive and depart within the retreat dates.
We strive to curate the safest experience for our attendees. Should the need arise to reschedule our retreat due to circumstances beyond our control, your payments will be applied to a future retreat valid for one year. Travelers are required to purchase travel insurance that includes trip cancellation and medical coverage.
