It’s a chance to challenge yourself, to break through mental and physical limits, and to discover parts of yourself that may have been waiting quietly to be seen.
Whether you’re a seasoned marathoner or new to the running world, this experience is all about tuning in, soaking up incredible views, and bonding with like-hearted women who are on a similar journey.
From peaceful walks through vineyard trails to invigorating runs with a view, this retreat offers a little something for everyone.
**Those who register will have the option to register for the Napa to Sonoma 5K and Half Marathon taking place that weekend. Non-runners are welcome as well!

Message From The Host
I wasn’t always a runner.
If I’m being honest, there was a part of me that was genuinely confused when I saw people happily running through the streets, especially on a hot summer day.
Things changed while I was living in Harlem New York as a stressed-out graduate student looking for an outlet and a way to connect with others.
I joined a local running group on a whim, and it was there that I learned a new way to connect with my body and found unexpected friendships that I didn’t know I needed.
I fell in love with the sport and with a community that embraced me with open arms.
Fast forwarding through multiple marathons, countless miles and many new connections, today I can say that my life has been completely changed by something that I hadn’t even considered as a possibility for myself.
As a licensed psychotherapist and certified yoga instructor I understand the ways that the mind and body are connected. I've created this retreat with you in mind.
So, whether you're a seasoned road warrior, a newbie lacing up some new sneakers, or just here for the wine (hey, no judgment!), there is space for you on this retreat.

Getting Here
You will arrive at San Francisco International (SFO). We suggest arriving on the earliest flight possible. Round-trip ground transportation is included for attendees to arrive within the designated pickup window.

We strive to curate the safest experience for our attendees. Should the need arise to reschedule our retreat due to circumstances beyond our control, your payments will be applied to a future retreat valid for one year.
